Important Service Update: Consumer Direct Care Network Washington (CDWA) is improving the way we support you on the phone. We are making these changes so you can get help as quickly and smoothly as possible. What’s changing:
• We are removing voicemail from our phone system. This helps our teams answer calls right away and reduce long response times.
• All Service Coordinators are now trained to help with all questions. You won’t need to wait for a specific coordinator unless you request to.
Nothing else changes. Your services, rights, pay, and access remain the same. Our goal is simple: better service every time you call. Questions? Contact us anytime.
