As the end of the year approaches, Consumer Direct Care Network Washington (CDWA) is preparing to issue W-2s for 2022. Please log in to Workday and confirm your personal and contact information is correct. Instructions are available here.
CDWA will notify you when your W-2 is ready in January. You will access it online at myADP.com. The first time you visit myADP.com, you must register for a CDWA account. CDWA encourages Individual Providers to register for an account early. This ensures you can access your W-2 as soon as it is available online.
