Log-in to Workday and check the primary address on file. Your Wisely Pay card was mailed to this address. If the address is incorrect, change your personal information (instructions here).

Contact Wisely at 866-313-6901 to request a new card be sent. Be prepared to provide your Social Security Number.

Your card should arrive in 7-10 business days after enrollment. If you do not receive your card, please call Wisely at 866-313-6901.

To activate your card, visit or call 866-313-9029. You will need to choose a PIN when you activate your card.

You can update your email, street address, and phone number directly from the myWisely app on your smartphone or at

Request your user ID or password using the myWisely app, or on the website here.

Go to Google Play or Apple App Store and search for myWisely to download the free app on your smartphone or tablet.

If you received an activation reminder, one or more of your paychecks were made to a Wisely Pay card account. You must activate the Wisely Pay account to receive your pay.

You can log in to Workday and change your pay election at any time using these instructions.
Note: changing your pay election will only effect future pay.

Yes. You can do this from the myWisely app or on the website.
Note: it may take up to 3 business days to enroll and validate your bank account.
