Join the CDWA IP Focus Group

Thank you for your interest in joining the CDWA focus group of Individual Providers!

Consumer Direct Care Network Washington (CDWA) is creating a small focus group of Individual Providers (IP). The group will give regular feedback on CDWA systems and procedures. To be considered, you must be an IP and work for a client who lives in Washington state.

Discussion topics may include:

  • Is information and job aides on the CDWA website useful?
  • Your new hire experience – what went well and what did not?
  • Your customer service experience in reaching your assigned service coordinator via phone or email.
  • Time entry methods used – what you liked or did not like.

Meetings will be held online. Prior to each meeting, questions about the topic will be emailed to group members. If selected to participate, your responsibilities would include:

  • Attending meetings.
  • Providing constructive feedback.
