The Service Experience Team (SET) is a Client advocacy group created by the Home and Community Services (HCS) Division of Aging and Long-Term Support Administration (ALTSA). SET is looking for Clients interested in sharing their experience and serving as a voice for people receiving Long-Term Support Services (LTSS) across the state.

About SET

SET members act in an advisory capacity to HCS. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing feedback and input on current programs and new programs being developed.
  • Helping improve quality of services and the Client experience.
  • Promoting community involvement.

SET members are expected to attend seven virtual meetings each year. Members are compensated for their time and lived experience.

How to Apply

You can nominate yourself or someone else by filling out this short application. ALTSA will start reviewing applications on February 15, 2024. If you are selected to participate in an interview, a representative will contact you directly.

To be eligible for SET, Clients must receive HCS and live in their own homes, assisted living facilities, nursing facilities, or adult family homes.
