Consumer Direct Care Network Washington will not call Clients to collect client responsibility.
The only exceptions are:
- If the Client requested a phone call
- To verify payment information the Client mailed
If you receive a call you believe is suspicious, do not provide any personal information. Please hang up and call 866-214-9899 to speak with our client responsibility team and confirm legitimacy of the call.
