Consumer Direct Care Network Washington (CDWA) thanks the thousands of dedicated Individual Providers (IP) who completed the hiring process. IPs who acted early received a $100 hiring bonus. The hiring bonus was subject to applicable state and federal tax withholdings. Below you can find details on the different hiring bonus timelines depending on when an IP transitioned to CDWA.
- Pilot
- All IPs in the Pilot qualified for the $100 hiring bonus.
- Phase 1
- IPs who completed their hiring tasks by December 20, 2021, and submitted a test shift by December 27, 2021, qualified for the $100 hiring bonus.
- Phase 2
- IPs who completed their hiring tasks by March 10, 2022, and submitted a test shift by March 15, 2022, qualified for the $100 hiring bonus.
