Our Services
Consumer Direct Care Network Washington helps older adults and people with disabilities and other long-term care needs stay in their homes and communities. We provide self-directed in-home care services through the following programs.
Consumer Directed Employer (CDE)
The CDE program allows people to self-direct their in-home personal care and respite services.
Veteran Directed Care (VDC)
VDC supports Veterans who self-direct their care.
Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)
PACE provides comprehensive self-directed care for older adults.
WA Cares Fund
We provide in-home care services for people with WA Cares Fund benefits.
Medicaid Alternative Care and Tailored Supports for Older Adults (MAC/TSOA)
MAC and TSOA provide free supports for unpaid caregivers and people who don’t have a caregiver.
