• Providing companionship
• Assisting with mobility, bathing, and grooming
• Assisting with getting dressed, eating, and toileting
• Transporting to and from appointments, errands, and activities
• Light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders
• Monitoring and reporting changes in a Client’s health, behavior, and overall needs
• Addressing Client needs with respect and attention to safety
• Other authorized duties as assigned
