Clients can now assign hours to their Individual Providers (IP) in DirectMyCare.com. By assigning hours, an IP is less likely to go over their Client’s monthly authorized amount.

To get familiar with this new feature, we created an interactive tutorial and short video. We encourage Clients and authorized Representatives to review these training materials. For future reference, they are also posted on the Client Resources page of our website.
