data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Usted puede elegir y controlar sus cuidados.<\/h3>\n<p>Consumer Direct Care Network Washington (CDWA) es el Empleador Dirigido por el Consumidor (CDE) para el Departamento de Servicios Sociales y de Salud de Washington (DSHS). El programa CDE permite a las personas autodirigir su atenci\u00f3n y permanecer en su hogar y comunidad.<\/p>\n<p>El CDE es una Agencia con un modelo de servicio de elecci\u00f3n. Eso significa que:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Usted es el empresario gestor, por lo que elige, programa y supervisa a sus Proveedores Individuales (PI).<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Somos el empleador legal, por lo que nos encargamos de las n\u00f3minas y otras tareas administrativas.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hable con su Gestor de Casos para determinar si puede optar a los servicios del CDE. Si re\u00fane los requisitos, su Gestor de Casos le remitir\u00e1 a nosotros para que iniciemos el proceso de contrataci\u00f3n de su IP. Si re\u00fane los requisitos para recibir los servicios del CDE, su Gestor de Casos le remitir\u00e1 a la CDWA para iniciar el proceso de contrataci\u00f3n de su IP.  Si a\u00fan no tiene a alguien identificado para proporcionarle cuidados, la CDWA le ayudar\u00e1 a encontrar a
